There are many different ways to measure the content of a substance. Two common methods are HPLC and gas chromatography. Microbiological testing and routine heavy metal testing are strictly enforced by the local national pharmacopoeia or standards. This ensures that products meet the required quality standards and are safe for pet use.

In order to ensure the quality of our products, we have established a strict set of standards that all our products must meet.If we don’t have these types of standards to perform additional testing, we’ll need to get an outside opinion.and we work closely with external inspection agencies such as Eurofins, NSF, SGS, etc. In addition, our products are also strictly in accordance with the local requirements of product sales. STEP 2 :  In order to best assist you, could you please provide the quantity and formula / package specification of the product? Our technical department, production department, and purchasing department will consider the formula from multiple aspects according to the customer’s input, and propose modifications or direct quotation.

STEP 3 :  We would be happy to provide samples for your review. Once you have confirmed that the price and formula is satisfactory, we can proceed with arranging a lab sample. This will allow you to confirm the quality of our product before proceeding with a larger order. We value your satisfaction and would be happy to make any adjustments necessary to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

STEP 4 :  If you would like to place an order, please let us know. We will send you an invoice and collect a deposit. Production will start after the customer sample is confirmed. We will begin production of large orders after the customer sample is confirmed.

STEP 5: We would like to thank you for your order at this step. Once we receive the payment, we will begin work on your order promptly and schedule a production plan. We will first procure the necessary raw materials and test them for quality. Once we are satisfied with the quality of the materials, we will schedule production. We will take samples of the products at various stages of production in order to ensure that they meet our high standards. Once the products have passed our quality control measures, we will package and store them securely until they are ready to be shipped to the port.

If our legal department finds that the logo does infringe on an existing copyright or trademark, the customer will be required to modify the logo or choose a different one. We appreciate our customers’ business and want to ensure that all legal requirements are met.
